A 'last minute' small, intimate and informal gathering in our Gardens or Parlor.   

2 witnesses are necessary, but up to 10 guests are welcome!

When you choose this option, your wedding will take place in our gardens or parlor, 7 days, 11am to 5pm

This ceremony rate includes:

• our beautiful and romantic 'Together Adventure' ceremony (or traditional vows, if you prefer);
• 15 minutes of after-ceremony picture taking*
• a beautiful and unique display certificate;
• filing your license at the Clayton Municipal Building

You must have your NJ marriage license with you at the time of your ceremony! 

Elopements do not include music, choice of ceremony or any add-ons.  There is no processional, but is very informal with all guests joining the bride and groom in the Courtyard for the ceremony.

*NO PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHERS, as they require more time than your package allows.

Have a gathering of up to 25 guests in our Gardens .  We recommend limiting to 15 to 20 guests in the Parlor if weather is uncooperative. 7 days a week, including holidays, between 11am and 5pm (exceptions can be made). Please keep in mind that your ceremony will take place in a small 'courtyard' under a vine-covered arbor with limited seating.

NO FOOD ALLOWED  * Includes ALL OFFICIANT services.

This ceremony rate includes:

• Your choice of ceremony, including vows, ring exchanges, readings and other enhanced ceremonies.
• unlimited emails/phone calls to perfect your ceremony
• romantic background music for your guests as they wait and for you to walk down the path to your beloved
• your choice of song for your processional (as long as I can download from Amazon Music)
• 30 minutes afterward for picture taking anywhere on site (1 hour total for ceremony and picture time)
• a beautiful and unique display certificate
• filing of your license at the Clayton Municipal Building

   

Have your gathering at the venue of your choice...a Hall or Restaurant...the Beach...your home ... any day of the week, including holidays, from 10am to 7pm (exceptions can be made during summer months for later ceremonies).

This package includes:

• initial consultation to discuss your choice of vows, add-on ceremonies such as Sand Ceremony or Unity Candle, ring exchanges, readings and more!  We can incorporate your ideas as well - this is your day, after all!
• unlimited emails/phone calls to perfect your ceremony
• follow-up consultation (optional) as the wedding draws nearer - this is especially recommended if you originally made your arrangements several months in advance
•  your choice of beautiful and unique display certificates
• officiant for your venue, in the South Jersey/Phila area, up to 50 round-trip miles from my location (see below for more information and a radius map)
• officiant arrival at your venue at least 15 minutes before the ceremony, to have the witnesses sign the license (and handle any last minute details with you, your coordinator, photographer, DJ or videographer, if requested)
• filing your license in the municipality of the venue location

We calculate travel fees in round-trip-miles from our address and add them as follows:

over 50 rtm - $100 includes any tolls 

This unique ceremony was created using some ancient rituals and traditions to celebrate love, whether for a newly married couple's future, a new baby or a married couple renewing their vows.

It's a way to include your guests in a new tradition that we began here at Once Upon A Time Gardens by using dried flowers and herbs from our gardens.  It is explained in detail to the guests during your ceremony and then takes place either formally all together or for everyone to do as they roam the gardens.

Since our Fire Ceremony was created here, you won't see it anywhere else and will be a treasured memory for both you and your guests.   We have had so many couples use the Fire Ceremony for their wedding, then for their new baby and then a future vow renewal.  We are so proud to be that new tradition in their family's lives and look forward to making many more in the coming years!

These ceremony rates do not include rehearsals. However, if you'd like me to be there at your own venue, I can schedule to attend Monday - Thursday as my schedule allows. Since most weddings happen on weekends, rehearsals on Friday through Sunday may be up to 50% extra.
