NJ Marriage License

You will need a NJ marriage license for me to officiate your wedding! NJ residents apply in the municipality of their residence and then your license will be good anywhere in the state for 30 days.

You can print the Application for License: Marriage, Remarriage, form the NJ.gov website and complete it before you head to the local registrar. DO NOT sign the form — you will be required to sign the application in the presence of the issuing authority while under oath.

If you are NOT a resident and want your wedding in New Jersey, you’ll need to apply for your marriage license in the county where the ceremony will take place.
